What Constitutes Misuse?
Misuse of the platform includes, but is not limited to:
Sharing false or misleading information on profiles.
Using the platform for purposes other than genuine matchmaking (e.g., scams, fraud, or business promotion).
Harassment, abusive language, or inappropriate communication.
Uploading offensive or explicit content.
Impersonation or creating fake profiles.
Attempts to solicit money or personal information.
How to Report Misuse?
Via Message
Open the message thread with the user you want to report.
Click on the “Report” option in the chat window.
Provide details about the issue and submit.
Via Customer Support
Send an email to Risthabandhan with details such as:
User ID or profile link of the person being reported.
Specific issue and any evidence (e.g., screenshots).
Our team will review and take action as per our policies.
Action We Take
Once a report is received:
Initial Review: Our team will verify the validity of the report.
Investigation: If the report is valid, we will investigate further.
Action: Depending on the severity, actions may include:
Warning the offending user.
Temporary suspension of their account.
Permanent ban from the platform.
We reserve the right to block or ban accounts immediately in cases of serious violations, such as fraud or explicit content.
Confidentiality
Your identity and the details of your report will remain confidential. We will not disclose your information to the reported user without your consent.
